We are looking to appoint a PR agency to deliver a creative and impactful campaign for the Wild Food Festivals in 2019/2020 in the Forth Valley & Lomond LEADER area. The contract will run from mid April 2019 until the end of May 2020 to incorporate both festivals. Working closely with the event manager (contract to be appointed), specific responsibilities will include: Developing a creative and impactful campaign that attracts visitors both from Scotland and internationally Attracting businesses/organisations from the specified sectors to take part in the delivery of the festival, and visitors to attend the festival activities Creating, planning and delivering a media/influencer launch Producing video footage and photography at the Wild Food Festival in 2019 to be used for publicity for the 2020 Festival (budgeting for this from within the contract budget) Developing & implementing a press & communications strategy, including social media and Handling all press enquiries Providing a report with evaluation and impact against objectives Development of content for website pages (to sit within existing website) and a Facebook page for the Wild Food Festivals. all additional information in attached tender document
