NHS Fife is looking for contractors to provide general builder works covering minor works and/or maintenance works listed below. Each project shall be undertaken by a single contractor on a framework agreement. Contractors shall be selected via a direct award or mini competition as outlined in the Tender instructions. Each project shall not exceed 50000 GBP (including VAT) and Annual value of this contract collectively shall be approximately 300000 GBP. The works shall include Wall Linings and Partitions, Doors sets and Ironmongery, Floors Finishes, Decoration, Suspended Ceilings, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), Mechanical and Electrical Service Installations as outlined in the specification and tender documents.
