Summary of the contracting process

The procurement process titled "Condition Surveys and Associated Services" was initiated by APUC Limited, a central purchasing body located in Stirling, Scotland. This tender, valued at £2,800,000, focuses on providing condition surveys for various colleges and universities across Scotland. Currently at the active tender stage, submissions must be made electronically by 24th May 2019, while the award phase begins on 27th May 2019, allowing sufficient time for selection and evaluation according to specified criteria, including service delivery and price.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the surveying and consultancy sector, particularly those with experience in educational environments. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are well-positioned to compete, especially firms offering specialised services in condition surveys, asset management, and project consultancy. With a framework agreement lasting up to 36 months and options for renewal, successful bidders can expect ongoing work and a chance to establish long-term relationships with educational institutions in Scotland.
