Notice Description

Port of Leith Housing Association (PoLHA) wishes to commission a suitably qualified and experienced contractor and/or developer to provide 31 new build flats over four floors above new office accommodation (including fit out) provision on the ground floor with associated landscaping, parking, public roads and footpaths. The site was home to the recently demolished Porthaven Care Home The site lies within Leith Conservation Area. The Association wishes to obtain a tender and programme for this new build development. This tender is to include defects and release of retention. The Building Warrant Drawings are based on a timber frame construction on the upper floors with a solid podium deck construction to the ground floor. Notwithstanding the latter, the choice of the form of construction to the upper floors lies with the tenderer.

The Procurement will consist of a Two Stage Process. Stage 1 - Pre Qualification through The European Single Procurement Document (ESPD). Thereafter it is the aim to Invite the Top 5 Bidders to Participate in Stage 2. Stage 2 - Price/Quality Submission will be evaluated to achieve a winning Bid.
