- Completion of outstanding discovery work around data, performance measurement and finance, and consolidation of discovery work done to date; - Implementation of a core Dynamics 365 environment and business process/logic support capability, to include: CRM, customer and stakeholder portal, data warehouse and business application/logic solutions; - Development of a roadmap for subsequent phase(s) including costings and resource plan. - the transition of processes and functionality into expert systems enabling the decommissioning of the legacy High Management System (HMS)

Options: In accordance with Regulation 72(1)(a) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, HIE reserves the right to make changes to the volume or scope of the activities following a review of the Services by HIE. This includes where award to another supplier would result in significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs to HIE.
