Notice Description

HIE has awarded a contract to support its business transformation project. This followed a competition using Lot 1 of Dynamic Purchasing System for Digital Services. It is expected that the contract will be let for an initial period of 12 - 18 months with an optional extension of 12 - 24 months. The programme will feature phased delivery which will coincide with contractual breakpoints to assess performance and the business case for proceeding. The total price (taken from the published tender documents) and used in II.1.7 and V.2.4 is the potential maximum value if all extensions are invoked. The successful bid price used for evaluation was 881267GBP.

- Completion of outstanding discovery work around data, performance measurement and finance, and consolidation of discovery work done to date; - Implementation of a core Dynamics 365 environment and business process/logic support capability, to include: CRM, customer and stakeholder portal, data warehouse and business application/logic solutions; - Development of a roadmap for subsequent phase(s) including costings and resource plan. - the transition of processes and functionality into expert systems enabling the decommissioning of the legacy High Management System (HMS)

Options: In accordance with Regulation 72(1)(a) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, HIE reserves the right to make changes to the volume or scope of the activities following a review of the Services by HIE. This includes where award to another supplier would result in significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs to HIE.
