Oil Boiler Servicing Contract To Various Sites Across Orkney Including Both Mainland And Isles
Notice Description
Expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations are sought for the above contract. The contract will comprise either 6 monthly or annual servicing of the Oil-fired boilers in Orkney Islands Council's property portfolio. Minor repairs resulting from the service visits will be issued and completed through Dayworks at agreed rates up to set values. Tenders will be assessed using the Most Economically Advantageous Tender process using the criteria of price and technical/quality assurance. Interested applicants should apply in writing to the Executive Director of Development and Infrastructure, Council Offices, Kirkwall, or email developmentandinfrastructure@orkney.gov.uk on or before Friday 7 June 2019.

Expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations are sought for the above contract. Interested applicants should apply in writing to the Executive Director of Development and Infrastructure, Council Offices, Kirkwall, or email developmentandinfrastructure@orkney.gov.uk on or before Friday 7 June 2019. Following this interested parties will be invited to take part in the procurement process which will be administered electronically through the Public Contracts Scotland portal. Tenders will be assessed using the Most Economically Advantageous Tender process using the criteria of price and technical/quality assurance. Any tenderers not already registered with Orkney Islands Council's Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) will be asked to complete the application pack for this and submit alongside the tender documents. The same will apply for any party currently registered on the DPS with a maximum order limit below the threshold for this contract. Further details of this will be distributed with the contract documents.. As part of the tender assessment it may be necessary to perform a financial check on companies submitting tender returns. Any information given to Orkney Islands Council is treated confidentially and subject to GDPR but should parties have any concerns then it will be possible to discuss these with either the contracts administrator or Orkney Islands Council Finance Team.
