Lot Information

Lot 1 - Domestic Response Repairs and Voids (High rise)

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to include Voids offering 365 days 24/7 maintenance service to the housing stock in the Lot.

Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at GWHA discretion

Lot 2 - Domestic Response Repairs and Voids (All other properties)

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to include Voids offering 365 days 24/7 maintenance service to the housing stock in the Lot.

Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at GWHA discretion
