Design and construction of 37 properties comprising detached/semi-detached houses, terraced houses, cottage flats and blocks of flats with associated external works and site development and servicing.

Design and construction of 37 properties comprising detached/semi-detached houses, terraced houses, cottage flats and blocks of flats with associated external works and site development and servicing. the works include 2 nr wheelchair units, 5 nr supported accommodation units and 1 nr staff accommodation unit. This site is situated, at Morgan Street, Dundee opposite the junction with Craigie Street. The site is the former factory/warehouse buildings bounded by Morgan Street to the west of the site and existing housing developments to the North, East and South of the site. The existing factory/warehouse buildings will be demolished under a separate contract prior to the development commencing.. It is a requirement of planning consent that the existing facade to the east of plot 29 is retained. Facade retention will be put in place by the demolition contractor and will become the responsibility of the successful contractor including responsibility for all necessary inspection regimes and maintenance costs and disposal.
