The University seeks registration of interest for a potential procurement exercise to source an ITSM solution tool to manage all IT and Library incidents, enquiries, requests and changes.

Registrations of interest must be received by 1700hrs GMT on 9th August 2019. Any registrations of interest received after this date will be addressed at the discretion of the Contracting Authority. A questionnaire will be issued to all those who have registered an interest on 12th August 2019, and must be returned to the Contracting Authority by 1700hrs on 16th August 2019. Potential bidders must not make direct, unsolicited contact with stakeholders The Contracting Authority cannot provide any further information to any interested Party at this stage.
