River Clyde Homes (RCH), and our subsidiary Home Fix Scotland, are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to support us in undertaking Aids & Adaptation Works within our properties.

Lot 1
River Clyde Homes & Home Fix Scotland are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to support us in undertaking Aids & Adaptation Works within our properties. There are approximately 150 referrals a year, with the main work streams involving: - Bathroom adaptations (wet floor shower rooms etc). - Minor adaptations (handrails, grab rails, etc). It is envisaged that the successful company will be allocated on average three adaptations a week. Each work item is required to be completed within five working days from instruction. Only companies who have the requisite resource to meet this requirement should submit a tender response.
Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2-year period. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for a further 2, 12 month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.

The number of staff available, the staff member's core skills, qualifications, accreditations, experience and competency should be provided. This policy must include and describe the bidder's environmental emergency response procedures, including the preparedness and response procedures for potential accidents and emergency response situations that give rise to significant environmental impacts (for example hazardous substances spill control. (Pass/Fail) And Prior to any contract award the preferred bidder will require to provide any relevant information in relation to Health & Safety as requested by RCH's Health & Safety Team.
