Lot Information

Lot 1

A procurement exercise was carried out in accordance with the guidance and via the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) G-Cloud 9 Framework (RM1557 viiii). The G-Cloud Framework does not operate in the form of a traditional style further competition, with the onus being on the Framework Public Body - in this instance SPA - to carry out a review of service offerings on the G-Cloud portal. Such a review consists of an initial search based on key word parameters, the generation of a long list and subsequent generation of a short list of suppliers that can satisfy set high level criteria. The short list is then evaluated based on more detailed criteria in order to determine the most suitable solution.
