In order to manage the events potential suppliers are limited to a maximum of 3 attendees per organisation. Interested parties must register their interest, Scape will not permit access to unexpected personnel. For further information and to register your interest in attending either of these events and receive confirmation of; the times, agenda, the venue and other relevant information please do so by visiting: https://www.scapegroup.co.uk/events The events are limited based on the capacity of the venue and the number of registrations received. The events are intended for potential providers who can meet the requirement to provide the services described in II.2.4 and meet the anticipated turnover requirement and provide full coverage across Scotland. They are not intended for supply chain members, sub-contractors or suppliers who may supply services to the successful Framework provider when awarded. Scape is anticipating considerable interest in this framework and as such will not respond to queries prior to the events. There will be opportunity to ask questions at the events and to consult with Scape after the events and prior to the issue of the Contract Notice. Scape uses the Delta sourcing e-tendering web portal for their procurements and this system will be used for the procurement process once commenced. The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, queries and the Invitation to Tender documentation will all be issued electronically through Delta and will not be issued by any other medium (paper, CD, e-mail etc). Potential suppliers will be required to register on Delta to download the documentation, when available, and will have to submit their expression of interest electronically through Delta.
