Removal of existing timber garden fencing and erection of new 1.8m high timber posts, fencing and gates to occupied domestic properties. Works in year 1 are to 98 properties and involves the erection of approximately 1800 linear meters of fencing, 77 gates and decoration to the above. Works are subject to owners consent and numbers of properties and quantities will be subject to variation.

Responses to ESPD will be used to select 6 suitable contractors to tender. Tenders will be 40:60 quality/price. Contractor will be appointed using MEAT. There will be a possible contract extension - based on contractor performance - for a further 2 years (1+1+1). The Year 1 works (98 properties) are to run from November 2019 to March 2020, the option for year 2 (Aprox 35 properties) running from April 2020 to March 2021 and the option for year 3 (Aprox 35 properties) from April 2021 to March 2022.

Renewal: Initial contract for Year 1 (98 properties). Year two works (35 Properties) dependant on budget, owners consent, quality and performance in Y1. Year two works (35 Properties) dependant on budget, owners consent, quality and performance in Y2
