Notice Description
CVHA is looking to appoint three suitably qualified and experienced contractors to a Framework Agreement to undertake The Supply of Repairs and Maintenance Services across CVHA's housing stock. The contract is for the supply of Repairs and Maintenance Services, with the potential for the inclusion of future small projects. The contract value will be up to a maximum of 1,600,000 GBP per annum.The contract will deliver repairs and maintenance services to around 3,900 tenanted properties, 81 garages and to the common elements of CVHA properties where there is mixed tenure due to the provisions of the Right to Buy legislation. Currently the properties are located within North Lanarkshire and South Lanarkshire areas as outlined in the locality maps above. However, the properties may be located within a wider geographical area in the future.

Lot 1
This Framework Agreement is for the provision of repairs and maintenance services to Clyde Valley Housing Association Limited (CVHA) by a number of Contractors (CVHA intends to appoint at least 3 contractors). The duration of the Framework Agreement will be 4 years. Works will be instructed by CVHA by way of Call-off Contracts awarded in terms of the Framework Agreement. CVHA may award Call-off Contracts either directly to the Contractor whose tender proposals achieve the best score when evaluated as part of this tender process, or by way of a mini-tender procedure between all the Contractors appointed to the Framework. The initial Call-off Contract is intended to be for a duration of two years, with an option to extend for a further year.
