The City of Edinburgh Council intends to seek tenders from organisations capable of providing a high quality observation wheel which combines a moving visual tour with narrative for visitors and residents. The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking notes of interest from organisations who would be interested in this opportunity on a concession basis.
