This notice is to indicate that Midlothian Council intends to contract with Servelec for the provision of hosted environment and fully supply, support and maintenance of social care system on that environment. Mosaic is the system for the management of social care within Midlothian.

Midlothian Council intends to contract with Servelec for the provision of hosted environment and full supply, support and maintenance of social care system. Mosaic is the system for the management of social care within Midlothian. This service is for a period of 5 years.
Options: With the option of two 1 year extensions.
Procurement Information
Servelec hold the Intellectual Property Rights to Mosaic and are therefore the only company who can provide the support. Regulations 33(1)(b) permits the award of a contract where there is an absence of competition for technical reasons.
