    10657 CCTV Upgrade at HMP Inverness - This project provides for the replacement of the obsolete site-wide analogue Synectics matrix switching and associated interfaces with the installation of a new IP Video Management System (VMS) at HMP Inverness. The new system shall utilise the existing analogue cameras and coaxial cabling as far as practicable. As part of the Works, the system shall be extended to provide full CCTV coverage of six areas that currently have either insufficient coverage or standalone systems which offer limited benefit. These areas are: CIU, Industrial Cleaners, Reception, Main Corridor, Main Exercise Yard and B Hall Recreation Area. A further 6 external PTZ cameras that are no longer working will also be replaced. Start On Site anticipated 27/01/2020 with completion by 20/03/2020.
