The bidder is required to provide the following for 55 attendees; 5 en suite and 25 twin room accommodation, lecture facilities and catering. The location must be within a 5 hour drive of a Scottish airport served by many international flights, the venue must have access or be within a maximum of one hour drive of a natural park.
