Provision of a Social Care Management Information system
Notice Description
The provision of a Health and Social Care case management system to facilitate the design, design, development and hosting, as well as, the ongoing support and maintenance. The provider will scope and perform all data migration from the North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership's existing system. The system will enable the development of data capture, electronic case management and information provision in support of service user experience and outcomes, as well as meeting, Scottish legislative procedural and reporting requirement related to Children, Families, Adults, Mental Health, Scottish Justice and Finance. The system will facilitate the development of open interfacing and data sharing for the efficient and flexible provision of health and social care services.

Lot 1
North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) require a suitably experienced provider of a Health and Social Care Management Information System in support of Scottish legislative procedural and reporting requirements. A contract is currently in place and is due to expire on 31st March 2022, therefore market testing is being undertaken in preparation for tender. The resultant contract will be for a period of 3 years with an optional extension of up to 24 months dependant on satisfactory performance of the provider and budget approval by the Council. The Provider will advise on all aspects relating to data migration, data security and project management in relation to the provision of a modern a Health and Social Care Management Information System. The Provider must confirm that the knowledge, expertise and support specific to Scottish legislative processes and applicable reporting requirements. (see legislation, Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968, http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1968/49/contents) The Provider will ensure that all information is maintained in a confidential manner compliant with the relevant statutes. It is essential that the successful provider demonstrates adherence to International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) standards - or equivalent - in relation to data/ information management and data security e.g. CSA CCM version 3.0, ISO 27001. ****FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE SERVICES REQUIRED AND FURTHER DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT IS CONTAINED WITHIN THE ADDITIONAL ATTACHMENTS AREA******.
