Notice Description
North Glasgow Housing Association is alerting the market that Easy Heat Ltd has been appointed as its Main Contractor to carry out district heating installations and fire prevention installation works to six of its multi storey blocks. This appointment has been made pursuant to a framework agreement to which North Glasgow Housing Association has access. Accordingly, this PIN is not being used to alert the market to a new contract opportunity. It is instead being used to notify the market that as part of Easy Heat Ltd's appointment it will be tendering for sub-contractors for a proportion of the fire prevention works using the PCS portal. Interested parties should monitor that site for opportunities. The core District Heating component of the contract awarded under the framework will be delivered by Easy Heat directly, and there may be no PCS tender opportunities in relation to those work packages but there will be tender opportunities for asbestos removal works and a BMS System.
