Notice Description

Scottish Enterprise wish to put in place a single supplier framework for the delivery of a programme of accelerator support at the Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc (MSIP). It is anticipated that the duration of the framework will be 2 years with the option to extend for an additional 12 months if required. The annual value of the framework is expected to be in the region of between 104,000 GBP and 134,000 GBP ex. Vat, and the total value will not exceed 404,000 GBP ex VAT for the maximum 3-year duration. The Framework agreement will operate on a call off basis.

Lot 1

Scottish Enterprise wish to put in place a single supplier framework for the delivery of a programme of accelerator support at the Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc (MSIP). It is anticipated that the duration of the framework will be 2 years with the option to extend for an additional 12 months if required. The annual value of the framework is expected to be in the region of between 104,000 GBP and 134,000 GBP ex. Vat, and the total value will not exceed 404,000 GBP ex VAT for the maximum 3-year duration. The Framework agreement will operate on a call off basis. The initial call off from the Framework Agreement will be for the accelerator pilot which would consist of the delivery of 2 cohorts of companies (approximately 10 companies per cohort) and would be expected to be delivered by December 2020. If the pilot is successful and the appointed supplier meets our expectations and KPIs then SE may call off additional cohorts from the framework. It is anticipated that the value of this initial pilot will be between 104,000 GBP and 134,000 GBP ex. Vat.

Renewal: The framework will be for 2 years initially with the option to extend for a further year.
