As the version National Procurement uses is currently no longer supported by JDA under their normal support service, we have agreed an extended support licence on a 'break and fix' basis until we have upgraded to latest version of software. We have agreed: Standard Support for 92 Users Standard Support for Additional 10 Users Extended Support for 101 Users
