Reactive Repair Contract 2020-23
Notice Description
The Reactive Repairs contract will be for a period of 5 years; it will initially run for 3 years and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 year period at Ochil View Housing Associations discretion and agreed on an annual basis. The works comprise of the reactive repairs to occupied homes and void repairs to empty homes. This also includes a full out of hours repairs service, 365 days a year. All trades should be provided (e.g. joinery, plumbing, electrical, building and roofing work). The contract will be divided into two lots (Alloa & West Fife and Tullibody & Hillfoots) with each comprising around 700 homes.
