This contract is for an external organisation to provide independent support and advice to East Ayrshire Federation of Tenants and Residents, tenants and residents groups and interested Council tenants and customers across East Ayrshire and to assist the Council and the East Ayrshire Federation of Tenants and Residents to increase and support tenant participation.
