Notice Title
Redesign, Development and Management of the Traffic Scotland Website
Notice Description
Transport Scotland provides traffic information to road users on Scotland's motorway and trunk road network through the Traffic Scotland service. This traffic information is delivered through a number of public-facing channels including a desktop website, a mobile website, twitter, radio and a customer care line. The current website service has been in place since 1999 and has limitations in terms of design, inclusivity and website structure. Transport Scotland wishes to develop and enhance the website service and are looking to appoint a digital team who will work collaboratively with Transport Scotland Roads Team and stakeholders to develop a new website that addresses customers' usability and accessibility needs and responds to the shift in user behaviour and expectation for real time and personalised travel information and services. Full details on the requirements are provided in the Attached Document.
