Essential requirements are as follows: - Proven experience of deploying in a similar environment - Manage the full lifecycle of accommodation management through the application, offer, acceptance of contract, arrival, period of let, departure and reference for future lets - Fully online application - Ability to authenticate internal and external customers - Repository for documentation, e.g. contracts, prices, terms and conditions, handbooks - Building/flat/room allocation based on prioritised requirements and preferences - Invoice generation and payment mechanisms - Flexible, customisable management reporting tools - Brandable public portals - Payment integrations with Agresso and WPM Payment Platform - Integrations with internal systems such as Student Records using via API technology - Robust cyber security arrangements, for example, multi-factor authentication, availability of security logs and relevant security certifications - Adherence to GDPR, PECR and the Accessibility Regulations.
