Cleaning out and flushing of gutters and down pipes to bungalows, 2 and 3 story houses and blocks of flats up to 4 stories.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Cleaning and flushing of guttering to 1633 dwellings, 124 blocks containing flats between 1 story and 4 stories in height and 552 garages. There will also be an allowance to clear sections of guttering to 299 non AHA properties where they are required to ensure water flow and are permitted by the owner. Cleaning and flushing of guttering to the following AHA properties over a 2 year period: 124 - Blocks of flats - Details in Appendix C 353 - Bungalows 1128 - 2 Story houses 152 - 3 Story houses 552 - Garages Cleaning and flushing of sections of guttering to the following non AHA properties where permitted by the owner over a two year period: 46 - Bungalows 230 - 2 Story houses 23 - 3 Story houses The initial contract is for Year 1 and 2 works with an option to extend a further 2 years dependant on budget and performance (section 4.2). Year 1 works to be completed by the end of March 2021. Year 2 works to be completed by the end of March 2022. Year 3 works, if awarded, to be completed by the end of March 2023. Year 4 works, if awarded, to be completed by the end of March 2024.
Renewal: The initial contract is for Year 1 and 2 works with an option to extend a further 2 years dependant on budget and performance. AHA intends to complete gutter clearance on a 2 year cycle, therefore years 3 and 4, if awarded, will be a repeat of years 1 and 2 respectively.
