The works comprise the delivery of a reactive repair service to all ng homes housing stock which contain communal television aerials. The Contract period will be 36 months with an option to extend for a further two year period on a yearly basis dependant upon satisfactory KPI performance and agreement of contract rates.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: Extensions up to a maximum of 2 (two) years by one or more extensions of whatever period(s) the Client specifies.
