This is for the renewal of COPFS annual licencing and support for our Anti Virus software from McAfee.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Following an audit of our VMware virtual estate at the end of 2019, a recommendation was made to move away from using the standard McAfee desktop product and use the McAfee Move product which is designed specifically for virtual environment. McAfee's annual audit also identified a further 199 licenses required by COPFS, taking the total cost over the regulated threshold. All of these services were procured via the Scottish Government Software VAR framework and awarded to Softcat.
Options: In order to deploy the new Move product in our virtual estate, we require some professional service days from McAfee
