Notice Title
CHI &Child Health Transformation Programme Resource
Notice Description
It is essential that the same team that has previously worked on this highly complex and high profile national programme remain on the programme. This team successfully delivered the Procurement, Proof of Concept, Due Diligence and Full Business Case (FBC) and have been heavily involved in the initial stages of configuration. Consequently, their skills, experience and programme history are vital in the remainder of the implementation phase.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The CHI &Child Health Transformation Programme replaces current 35-year-old systems with modern solutions in line with the Digital Health and Care Strategy. Over 120 NHS Scotland staff have been involved in creating the requirements and inputting to the FBC. There is an important need to have a consistent Programme Team supporting this work. The consultants have irreplaceable programme history and knowledge at this current time.
Procurement Information
