Lot 1

Port of Leith Housing Association will shortlist suitable contractors from the received ESPD submissions. The shortlisted contractors will then have there Tender Quality Questionnaire and Pricing document assessed on a quality and price basis. It is the intention that the highest combined quality / price scoring contractor will be awarded the contract.

Renewal: It is anticipated that Year 4 and Year 5 works will be undertaken subject to satisfactory performance of the contractor over the initial 3-year period
