The works comprise of the reactive repairs to occupied homes and void repairs to empty homes. This also includes a full out of hours repairs service, 365 days a year. All trades should be provided (e.g. joinery, plumbing, electrical, building and roofing work). The contract is in the Alloa, West Fife, Tullibody & Hillfoots areas comprising around 1,400 homes.
