Notice Description

North Glasgow Housing Association, a registered social landlord based in Glasgow wish to procure a single Service Provider to deliver their Information and Communication Technology Services.

Lot Information

Lot 1

North Glasgow HA (also known as ngh) employs approximately 180 members of staff who provide a range of services across the organisation. The Association work from five main offices. Their head office is based at 50 Reidhouse Street, Springburn, Glasgow with two satellite offices in Saracen Street at Saracen House, 139 Saracen Street, and 252 Saracen Street in Possilpark, Glasgow. The disaster recovery and CCTV installations control room are located at their Concierge Control Centre in Lenzie Place, Springburn and their subsidiary organisation ng2 operate from an office in Petershill Road, Springburn, Glasgow. Saracen House also contains the Associations Conference Centre facilities. The Association employ a number of independent maintenance and planned works contractors to carry out such works as day to day, lift, gas, legionella maintenance and reactive services as well as specialist planned major refurbishment works. Robust IT services are required to support the Association in these core functions.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015

Options: Additional services related to the provision of Information and communication technology may be required.

Renewal: Option to extend for a maximum of 24 months on a variable basis.
