North Ayrshire Council require a Managing Agent to ensure successful delivery of the Home Energy Efficiency Programme for Scotland: Area Based Scheme (HEEPS:ABS). The HEEPS:ABS programme will be delivered to households in communities throughout North Ayrshire.

Lot 1

The role of the Managing Agent will be to ensure the Council meets the Scottish Government targets by carrying out projects with government funding provided to the Council. Services required by the Managing Agent will be as follows; - Assist with the HEEPS:ABS programme development and future bids, accessing additional funding from external sources for the duration of the contract. - Marketing of the programme - Recruitment of residents and provision of ongoing support through-out the customer journey - Ensure all households meet qualifying criteria - Provide residents with energy advice and advocacy - The procurement, appointment, management and quality assurance of suitably qualified energy efficiency installers/sub-contractors, energy surveyors - Monitoring and evaluation of projects - Leverage of Energy Company Obligation (ECO) ensuring that Scotland levers in its share of ECO funding and helping householders install a range of energy efficiency measures - Leverage of additional funding, for Energy Efficiency projects if available

Renewal: Option to extend by 2 (two) x 1 (one) year extensions subject to confirmation of funding.
