SharePoint Migration Crown Estate Scotland is planning to migrate 2.5TB data from an on-premise file server and 100GB from an on premise Daisy Wisdom eDRM solution. Crown Estate Scotland is looking for a consultancy with previous experience in performing SharePoint Online Migrations from both on premise file servers and Daisy Wisdom eDRM. Crown Estate Scotland are looking to achieve the following aims in the migration - Data is migrated with Created, modified and accessed timestamps retained from the previous system - Previous versions in Daisy Wisdom eDRM is migrated as previous versions in SharePoint Online - Over 100,000 PDF files in 6-10 folders located in Daisy Wisdom eDRM are OCRed as part of the migration process and added as a layer to the PDF. These are scanned paper documents. - Expert guidance of design of policies and structures including retention and DLP policies - General guidance on SharePoint migration Crown Estate Scotland require any bidders to have a proven method (tool/scripts) for migrating Wisdom eDRM data to SharePoint Online. Crown Estate Scotland aim to start the migration 1st July and need to complete the migration by the end of September and the migration is on a critical path for other projects. Crown Estate Scotland will require assurance that bidders have sufficient capacity. Crown Estate Scotland will be migrating some less organised data into a Legacy area with the intention of running a separate data cleanup project post migration to improve data quality in 2021.
