Notice Description
The Scottish Police Authority (SPA) has released this PIN as a Request for Information (RFI) to potential suppliers of Hard FM services which includes Planned Preventative Maintenance and Relative Repairs services; Minor Works and Advisory services. The objective of this exercise is to seek your views regarding the future Hard FM services. SPA current Hard FM contract initial period ends Dec 2021 however there is the option to extend. SPA exploring and gauging market interest to inform the procurement strategy of extending or going to market ensuring the procurement route selected is attractive to the marketplace. By engaging with you (as well as others in the market place) this will ensure you have an opportunity to help shape and influence future contractual arrangements for the SPA. Further information is provided in the RFI document attached to this notice.

By engaging with you (as well as others in the market place) this will ensure you have an opportunity to help shape and influence future contractual arrangements for the SPA. This exercise is being carried out in advance of any formal procurement exercise. It is not a pre-qualification or tendering exercise. The results of this exercise will be used to inform SPA's decision making process in respect of a future tendering exercise for Hard FM services. Further information is provided in the RFI document attached to this notice.. The SPA may have supplier engagement days/Microsoft team meetings to seek further information late July. This will be in line with government Covid-19 social distancing guidance. The publication of this notice does not oblige the SPA to commence a procurement process in respect of any or all of services referred to in this notice.
