Psychometric Testing Services for Fire Service employment applicants/candidates with a supporting web-based delivery platform

Lot 1

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service requires the provision of Psychometric Testing Services accessible via a web-based platform to support its recruitment programmes which will work in line with its core values of safety, innovation, teamwork, and respect. Psychometric testing is carried out following receipt of application which is accessed via the Service's applicant tracking system. If successful, and the applicant is to be invited to the next stage of selection then the Service invites the candidate to complete cognitive ability, behavioural/personality assessment, situational judgement tests online via the supplier's system. In support of this, the Service requires both psychometric tests themselves along with relevant reporting and management information services; as well as a web based platform for use both by applicants in undertaking tests, and Service staff in using information and reports provided by this platform. Additionally, the Service requires a link to be established with its own recruitment system, Talentlink

Options: Expansion of the required Services to all recruited posts, the addition of newly emerging related services, and extension by up to two years

Renewal: Extension by up to two period of up to 12 months each
