    "description": "Scotland Excel envisage publishing a future tender opportunity on behalf of all local authorities and housing associations associate members in Scotland, together with any Integration Authority, or the body, established pursuant to the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014. For more information about Scotland Excel and its members, please see http://www.scotland-excel.org.uk Scotland Excel has developed and currently manages a framework for Energy Efficiency Contractors on behalf of Scottish Local Authorities and Associate Members. The current arrangement is due to expire on 30 April 2021 and Scotland Excel will re-tender this framework, with an anticipated start date of 1 May 2021. Scotland Excel would now like to invite interested parties to participate in a consultation to assist the development of the second-generation framework. We would like to invite contractors to contact Scotland Excel to arrange an individual virtual meeting or conference call. Meeting slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis and will be scheduled between 29th September 2020 until 9th October 2020. Please email construction@scotland-excel.org.uk if you are interested in arranging an individual virtual meeting (please state your preferred software e.g. Skype, Microsoft Teams) or conference call. Scotland Excel have developed a survey to help inform the renewal of the Energy Efficiency Contractor framework. All Contractors who are interested in tendering for the renewal framework should follow the link below and complete the short survey by Friday 16th October 2020.
