Notice Description

The tender is for a the provision of reactive repairs, void works and emergency call out services for Ferguslie Park Housing Association in Paisley. FPHA wish to appoint contractors to Lots which form part of the services advertised. The lots are as follows Electrical Repairs (upto 3 contractors); Joinery Repairs (up to 3 contractors); Labour/Builerworks (1 contractor); Plumbing Repairs (upto 3 contractors); Void Works (1 contractor); Out of Hours Emergency Works (1 contractor). The appointment of contractors will be on an initial 18 month contract till the end of March 2022, extensions are available in the form of 2 x 12 month extensions till the end of March 2024. A meet the buyer event it planned via Zoom for Thursday 20th August 2020. Electrical Repairs

This Lot is for the requirement for contractor(s) to attend and repair any Electrical repairs within FPHA stock. Documents that have more information are the Client Brief; the Schedule of Rates and Conditions of Contract.. Bidders for this Lot must be NICEIC/SELECT or equivalent and have a minimum turnover of 75,000 GBP in each of the past two financial years as a Minimum Selection requirement.

Renewal: The initial appointment is for approximately 18 months until the end of March 2022. Two further 12 month extensions may be exercised until March 2023 or 2024. These extensions will be at the discretion of FPHA.

Joinery Repairs

This Lot is for the requirement for contractor(s) to attend and repair any Joinery repairs within FPHA stock. Documents that have more information are the Client Brief; the Schedule of Rates and Conditions of Contract.. Bidders for this Lot must have a minimum turnover of 75,000 GBP in each of the past two financial years as a Minimum Selection requirement.

Renewal: The initial appointment is for approximately 18 months until the end of March 2022. Two further 12 month extensions may be exercised until March 2023 or 2024. These extensions will be at the discretion of FPHA.

Builerwork/Labour Services

This Lot is for the requirement for contractor to attend and repair any general small scale Builderwork repairs or General Labouring requirements within FPHA stock. Bidders for this Lot have a minimum turnover of 35,000 GBP in each of the past two financial years as a Minimum Selection requirement.

Renewal: The initial appointment is for approximately 18 months until the end of March 2022. Two further 12 month extensions may be exercised until March 2023 or 2024. These extensions will be at the discretion of FPHA.

Pluming Repairs

This Lot is for the requirement for contractor(s) to attend and repair any Plumbing repairs within FPHA stock. Bidders for this Lot must have a minimum turnover of 75,000 GBP in each of the past two financial years as a Minimum Selection requirement.

Documents that have more information are the Client Brief; the Schedule of Rates and Conditions of Contract.. Bidders for this Lot must have a minimum turnover of 120,000 GBP in each of the past two financial years as a Minimum Selection requirement.

Renewal: The initial appointment is for approximately 18 months until the end of March 2022. Two further 12 month extensions may be exercised until March 2023 or 2024. These extensions will be at the discretion of FPHA.
