This must provide details of the arrangements for H&S management that are relevant to the nature and scales of the requirement and meet any health and safety requirements placed upon you by law. This will be scored on a 'Pass/Fail' basis. If the bidder responds \"No\" the response will be deemed a 'Fail' and the tender response may subsequently be disqualified from the tender competition.",
