At least 2No. examples must be given and they must be for work taken within the last three years. Further, any example given must be for a completed contract or a contract that is at least 12 months into contract to allow Cassiltoun to seek a reference for a completed project and/or full year of performance. The Employer must be permitted to obtain evidential references from any of the candidate's clients, whether listed or not, to evidence the quality of service the Candidate states has been previously provided to the Employer and/ or other. By submitting for this procurement, you are deemed to agree to this. A full description is required of each example contract along with details of how your involvement in that contract demonstrates experience, capacity and capability to deliver Cassiltoun's stair cleaning contract as detailed in the project brief. You will maximise your score if you can demonstrate the following: Experience is similar scope, quantity and value of works for a minimum of two completed term contracts for the provision of a stair cleaning contract Experience providing a service within the socially rented sector or comparable sector with potentially vulnerable residents. Experience in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction Experience of working to and meeting KPI targets Experience of making a meaningful contribution to the local areas in which you work through Community Benefits actions Bidders are to provide full details of the projects including, Project Description, Price, Dates, Customer/Client etc. and how the example demonstrates appropriate experience of providing services similar in scope, quantity and value to the procurement now being advertised. Please provide a maximum description of 500 words for each example. Please complete the requested details within the confines of the ESPD table/ document- do not extract the section and provide it as an appendix. Failure to adhere to this requirement may lead to your exclusion from the competition."
