Housing Energy Projects Delivery Partner
Notice Description
The Housing Development team required a single supplier to act as a delivery partner for a range of energy efficiency retrofit and low carbon technology projects across both City of Edinburgh Council and private homes throughout Edinburgh. These projects will help improve the energy efficiency of Edinburgh's housing stock, reduce carbon emissions and contribute to the improvement in the quality of the housing stock. The successful supplier will work in partnership with the Council to identify opportunities for Grant funding from the Scottish Government and other agencies. The supplier will also lead the project delivery and management of successfully grant funded schemes. This includes full managing agent and programme management services.

Lot 1
A single supplier Framework Agreement was required to provide full programme management services for the delivery of energy efficiency and low carbon technology grant funded programmes to Council and private housing stock in the city of Edinburgh. This will include grant applications, tendering for works to be carried out, works supervision on site and full contract management, administration, quality assurance and householder engagement support. Modification to adjust value from estimate to awarded value.
Renewal: Two 12 month extensions
