Link Group Ltd and its subsidiaries (as detailed above) ("Link") is following an open procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 / the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 to allow suppliers to bid for the following: A Learning Management System (LMS) to host, track, monitor and report on eLearning modules, Link Policy and Procedure documents, video content, webinars, surveys and any other related learning resources. The LMS is to be Link branded and will allow user accounts to be set up for Link staff, volunteers, and board members to enable them to have learning resources and courses assigned to their role.

Renewal: There is an option for a 12 month extension to the 36 month contract term
