High level requirements are detailed below. Essential: Self-service portals for end users and admin users where bookings can be made, amended and cancelled Ability to set booking rules dependent on resource in combination with other criteria Granular permissions and roles for end users, admin users and resources Ability to support the booking of online resources and spaces APIs to allow booking data to be exposed and used on other University corporate platforms, such as our Mobile App and our MIS Integrations with internal systems such as Student Records and the Space Planning database using API technology Integrations with S+ (the third party timetabling system used by the University) Ability to authenticate using industry standard protocols (preferably multi-factor authentication) for internal and external customers Flexible, customisable management reporting tools Brandable, mobile responsive booking portals Robust cyber security arrangements, for example, multi-factor authentication, availability of security logs and relevant security certifications Adherence to GDPR, PECR and the Accessibility Regulations Proven experience of deploying in a similar environment Desirable: Invoice generation and payment mechanisms Payment integrations with Agresso and WPM Payment Platform
