Works will comprise of the periodic inspection by a competent person as recommended in BS 7671 of the Associations electrical installations within homes and common areas including void and occupied properties.
Renewal: 8. The contract is for three years with a possible addition of a fourth and fifth year depending on satisfactory performance and the agreement of both parties
