Notice Description
R&M and Voids Maintenance Services with some cyclical servicing EM Lighting Servicing, Blender Value Services, PAT, Smoke Detector servicing and EICRs. This value is appox 730k GBP per annum in all lots. A breakdown of information has been attached FYI There is also the possible addition of planned component replacement? See survey monkey Questionnaire. This value is appox 700k GBP per annum in all lots. A summary of information has been attached FYI. Key Housing Association's (KHA) will soon be inviting a range of interested bidders to tender for Repairs & Maintenance and Voids and the work will include aspects of cyclical maintenance.
