Award of contract for the provision of an integrated financial and project management system.

Lot 1
Zero Waste Scotland requires the implementation of a financial and project management system which allows ready access by project managers to:record and manage purchase commitments and invoices; monitor both committed and actual spend against budget over more than one financial year; review forecast spend based on readily updated delivery dates for key milestones; use effective workflow tools which can be easily maintained by local staff; easily report committed and actual spend by a variety of analysis codes; and manage additional project management information.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
