The works involved will be the multi-trade works normally associated with day to day repairs and maintenance and those associated with returning void properties back in to the letting pool. These works will be carried out during normal office hours. Cadder Housing Association currently operates a "handy person" service and it is anticipated that this service will continue alongside the repairs, maintenance and void services provided by any contractor. Cadder Housing Association also currently operates a DLO with a workforce of 6 craft and manual staff.
