Perth and Kinross Council ("PKC") wish to enter into an agreement for the provision of reactive escalation-level, on-call Microsoft expertise to support its in-house IT Service team in the management of complex / non-standard Microsoft incidents, problems and changes. Historical records show that the number of support calls per annum under this contract to be around 6. PKC is also interested in working with the successful supplier on a best value, non-exclusive ad hoc basis via the purchase of "support days" or "support hours". These support days/hours are intended to provide opportunities for reviewing system performance, stability and the general health / status of the PKC Microsoft environment; and implementing preventive tasks to maintain or enhance the integrity of the PKC Microsoft estate.
