Notice Description
Perth & Kinross Council require a consultant to provide traffic modelling and analysis support for various temporary 20mph speed limit in the Perth and Kinross Council area. The data will be used to determine the success of the various temporary 20mph speed limits and allow us to report back to the Elected Members. The report will be key in allowing PKC to make a decision on whether the temporary 20mph speed limits are made permanent.
